MyMiss ‘Dancing Stones’ Collection Features Unique Floating Setting
Swarovski is delighted to present its latest branding project for China: the Dancing Stones collection from MyMiss featuring the Swarovski Zirconia 120 Facets Heritage Cut. Each piece of this innovative collection displays this singular stone in an extraordinary floating setting that allows it to continuously tremble, thus intensifying the sparkle. The motion is a reflection of the slightest movement of the wearer, even her heartbeat. The combination of this unique setting with the exceptional Swarovski Zirconia 120 Facets Heritage Cut has created a product that is truly new, a first-class pioneer.
In 1976, Swarovski was the first to offer designers machine-cut cubic zirconia, but it was in 2010 that Swarovski created its revolutionary new cut conforming to the Gemological Institute of America’s rigorous standards for grading diamond cutting. This Pure Brilliance Cut is now the cornerstone of Swarovski’s Pure Brilliance Concept for Zirconia, which also includes Zirconia Fancy Diamond Cuts, and Zirconia Diamond Colors. Now in its milestone 120th anniversary year, Swarovski has launched the Swarovski Zirconia 120 Facets Heritage Cut, which honors company founder Daniel Swarovski with one precisely cut facet for each groundbreaking year.
Dancing the Beauty
MyMiss uses the floating setting technique to allow Swarovski Zirconia 120 Facet Heritage Cut stones to dance. To create this effect, the setting is crafted with two special arms from which the stone is hung out of balance. The Dancing Stones collection aims at nothing less than to let the wearer’s own beauty of movement set the stone in motion. The collection, an exclusive Swarovski branding partner featuring the Swarovski Zirconia 120 Facets Heritage Cut, has been available in China via an online platform and a TV shopping channel since August 2015.
